In order for us to provide the greatest range of services to both large and small customers alike, we use a number of different print methods. Each print method has its own benefits depending on the fabric type and colour of the garments you choose.

Direct to Garment Printing (DTG) . has superseded screen printing and is the latest technology to be developed for garment decoration. DTG provides a high definition full colour vibrant print that is long lasting. Suitable for all logos, photographic images and detailed artwork
Suitable for: Dark & Light coloured cotton or cotton rich polyester blend fabrics
Not Suitable for: 100% Polyester fabrics, Caps or knitwear

Digital Cut Printing . Is applied using a special soft fabric vinyl that is pressed with heat onto the garment. It is very long lasting. It is suitable for team numbers, simple words or logo shapes. It is usually on applied in one colour.
Suitable for: All close weave fabric types, garment colours and caps
Not Suitable for: Knitwear or heat susceptible fabrics.

Dye Sublimation Is another new technology. Images are “dyed” directly into the fabric to produce a full colour high definition vibrant print that is very long lasting. It is used mainly for team wear, Hi Vis Work Wear and promotional wear.
Suitable for: Light coloured 100% polyester fabrics
Not Suitable for: Dark Polyester fabrics, Cotton Fabrics, Caps or knitwear.
